This can trigger up to 3 times per turn. After that, each additional activation has a 25% reduced chance to occur, minimum 10%. Has 50% reduced chance to trigger with summoned characters.

On Heal - When an ally is healed from a positive status effect, add 500% of the amount healed as damage to this character's next attack. Damage is tracked through the Peace Witnessed status effect.
