Give another bird Zephyrs Might and command them to use their primary attack. If there are no other birds in the party, execute or trigger the skill in slot 2 first.

Triggered skill/cannot be used - At the beginning of each battle, summon another random bird type pet that you own. Apply the Inspired status effect to that bird.
