Brands an Hogger with the power of Shivertail, granting it the Agony trait and preparing the Hogger for evolution. You may apply this to other pets to take advantage of the trait, but it will not be able to evolve into a Shivertail.

When an enemy takes damage from a negative status effect, add 10% of that damage to this pet's next attack. Damage is tracked through the Agony Witnessed status effect.
