Brands an Hobgoblin with the power of Puck, granting it the Disruption Amplifier trait and preparing the Hobgoblin for evolution. You may apply this to other pets to take advantage of the trait, but it will not be able to evolve into a Puck.

When this pet applies a new negative status effect to an enemy from an attack, apply Stun, Blind, Paralysis or Confuse at random. Increase skill damage multiplier by 25% if target has Stun, Blind, Paralyze or Confuse.
