Blood Pact
If an enemy has the bleeding status effect, they will take Bleeding damage at the start and the end of each of their turns. When an opponent takes damage from bleeding, 25% + 1% chance per refine level to activate this character's preferred skill, maximum 75% chance. Can only be triggered 1 time + 1 time per 100 refinement levels each turn.
