On Summon - After a friendly character is summoned, 25% + refine level percent chance to activate their preferred skill at a random target, maximum 75%. Can only be triggered 1 time + 1 time per 50 refinement levels each turn. Each additional trigger and skills with a cooldown have a reduced chance.
