What is needed to evolve Devvy to the next level
Posted by SnowyOwl on Aug. 7, 2023Hi I have a friend who has both male and female devvy at 250 levels but is trying to evolve them to the next level. What level do the devvy mastery skills need to be and does he put Brand of Letchery on both Devvy before he uses the orb of evolution?
