issue on Amazon Alexa

Anybody else experiencing repeated "failed to process your request" going to arena, summoning shrine for boss fight, , dungeon, mines? Also forest, when I come upon a "trap" a.k.a. battle, "failed to process your request"… both summoning shrine and Forest allow me to select my team members but when it's time to battle is when I get "failed to process your request". I can go to the docs, go to the farm, kitchen, anything and everything that doesn't involve pet battling… what the heck is going on? name is "commander keen" so I don't think I'm in some sort of timeout or something… Unless they put me there when they intended to put someone else there? This has been going on for hours now… Definitely making my healing from surgery process a greater annoyance than usual as this was one of my main distractions…

How often is it happening? I'll have to look into it. Can you keep trying so I can look at your event log?

Malero, may I ask you a question? you know you say you play the game for hours and hours, do you actually play the game on your echo device, the reason I asked this is because you would see all the major issues that goes on while trying to use it, I can only assume you play the game on the browser because using the Alexa device is seriously irritating, maybe you should try running an echo next to you where you’re working so that you can actually see what’s going on on the fly I have had issues now whereby halfway through boss battles the battles just end for no apparent reason also when I put pets in the mines or the dungeons and they’ve been an F for hours they don’t pick up hardly any embers or Alexa respectively. then they’re trying to actually select the correct pet it doesn’t understand what I’m saying so I have to spell out every single pet and the worst probably is. weresquirrel it must be practically impossible for children to play this game, I just think you could be losing tons of players because of it.

Attacking the developer really isn't the best way to get your problems solved.

yeah I have to agree. Actually I never meant to be too aggressive in my post. I really wanted to work for him. That’s all and hope he gets all these things ironed out. No offence was meant.
