Santa paws evolves from the pollbear. You have to get it to it max awakened level which is 250 and master both its skills to level 10. You can give it brand of santa paws at any pets but only after other steps do you give it orb of evolution.

Ok and from discord I saw that the next evolutions will be for squint and fribbit. They probably won't be released for a while but just letting you know. Free tip for you, Torta and mysterious vial are the best combo.

what does orb of temporing do
It tempers equipment. each orb allows you to have up to 5 additional forges on it. Use them sparingly, only on phoenix feather and a few other things.
