Accidental discovery

So I manage to send my pets to the market and got a few items out of it, such as water, lettuce, chocolate and eggs, and plenty of carrots, what are those for?, maybe they are for cooking since I managed to access a kitchen But like why?, What use?.
I also manage to send some of my pets to a forge, definitely excited for that one the most, after all, I could use some armor
For now, I could send my pets there, after zero minutes they would come Back and bring me nothing,but I’m staying tuned

The starter town isn't supposed to have any of those, so this is a bug!
Food will provide buffs as well as increase the intimacy level of pets. The kitchen is for crafting the food. The forge is for crafting equipable items for your pets. I still have a lot of work to do on the forge before it's ready. I need to sit down and make a roadmap for the planned features. Adventure mode might be released before the forge is ready.
A few other things to note:
Buildings like the forge, kitchen, and apothecary will have to be built in player cities. All cities besides the starting city are player owned.
Right now there's only one equipment slot planned, but there may be more added in the future.
Also, you're not supposed to send pets to the forge or kitchen, you will say "enter forge" or "go to the forge" when you're in a town with a forge.
