My brother was banned

Less than an hour ago at this time, my younger brother who has been playing Gacha pets for years, found out that his account was suspended due to invalid user case whatever that means. He is unable to access this forum but we don't think he's done anything wrong, he hasn't been swearing or posting harmful content, he never even chats to anyone on Gacha pets, and he loves Gacha pets, so is there anybody I can contact to find if it was a mistake and if so, get him unbanned?
Any help is appreciated.

Sorry about that! There was a bug with the auction house refunding double the amount that it should have. I suspended the account of the people that benefited the most from it to sort it out, but then decided to just take the game offline.
