Can't use orbs of mastery

When I say give orb of mastery to a pet, it says "you rub orb of mastery on (pet name)'s head. Is this how you're supposed to use this thing?" and says what next like nothing happened.
The dialog of selecting a skill doesn't appear. Certainly gets in the way of evolving pets!
Note, this happens with both the alexa skill and the web browser, whether with talking, typing, or using buttons, doesn't go through! Praise for the work done with the web interface of Gacha Pets.

To give pets orbs of mastery on the Alexa version and the browser version you first need to go to the barracks. You then choose your pet and then choose to upgrade a skill. I tried it on the Alexa version and it works.
O, I didn't realise that. I remember before you could just streight use them on pets, I'll give the barracks a go.
I just checked just in case. The barracks is working perfectly.
