Gotcha pet eggs not working

Been getting eggs from pets when I go to incubate them tells me I don't have any. Even the ones I get from dungeons . Please help on this matter grandson loves playing. I'm afraid to even buy anymore eggs for him then it tell me he doesn't have any..

Hi Grant. I've added some additional logging to Gacha Pets to try and figure out how and why this could be happening. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the game. Once I've figured it out, I'll try to compensate players for any eggs they may have lost.
