I know you can get almost everything besides gotcha eggs, but I was curious if you could get orbs of evolution and the new brands. in addition to that, what level and with what bate is axle the most available? I’ve fished at every level, and still haven’t caught one yet.

Yes, it is definitely possible, I have gotten evolution brands from putting my pets in the daycare.

The amount of items is reduced, but you can get all of the same items; it uses the same drop table.
Axle is available at all levels with all bait. It's about a 1:2000 chance I believe. It's quite rare, but it's also really good. I plan on adding other pets you can get while fishing at some point.
