Explanation of using a glyph is false
Posted by Denisovich87 on Sept. 29, 2024States you can give glyph to pet to increase the skill's mastery level. It does not say for a chance, it says to increase the skill's mastery level. Turns out, it's not correct. It has a chance to do it. Had I known this, I would not have wasted a glyph......

Sorry about that. I'll make it so you can use glyphs for a guaranteed skill level increase.

Matt, I thought it said that it was not necessarily a guarantee. What I use them, it was one of those things as described above, but I thought I remember seeing something that stated that it wasn't always a guarantee?
