Just wondering if anyone has noticed a glitch where I can't use certain baits despite them being listed in the inventory?

I just did some fishing tonight and used all bait. Is their a particular one you can't use.

What I mean is, I use the activity log in the browser version to use mackerel, for example, and it says there's no mackerel. But when I close the activity log, I can navigate over the list of baits with voice-over and find the mackerel meat and use it.
