Trainer level question.

Yes, the web browser version is playable with jaws and I do not recommend a daycare because they snatch all of your items

The daycare doesn't give you any trainer experience. The amount of coin and items you get for doing very little is very nice for people that don't get to play much and/or don't want to run every pet through the dungeon manually. But yes, doing it yourself is much better.
