This is not OK; paid subscription should be refunded
Posted by Denisovich87 on July 12, 2024There are many, many things wrong and have been so over 24 hours now… For instance, just one example of many, trying to take a pet to the barracks tells me "male Burpee is passed out", "male Squirrley is passed out". I leave Barricks, say send XYZ pet to spa, tells me you don't have a spa to use XYZ pet. So I go to the spa… Select number one, to send my knocked out pets to spa… Tells me "we didn't find any pets to send to the spa for that option"
This is far from the only error. Consider the fact that those who have previously spent money on subscription gained from that paid subscription and are now in various ways unable to use what they gained from paying real money to you. Sounds like a lawsuit heading your way…

If you're playing on Alexa, you can ask for a refund at any time. If you paid on the browser version, I gladly refund anyone that asks for one. I'm working hard to fix the issues with the latest update. These things take time. As far as lawsuits coming my way, that's pretty silly.
a lawsuit over a game that got majorly updated won’t hold upin court. There have been fixes made, and I’m not experienceing that bug with the spa. I did realize that I had to change my wording, as some of the issues were caused by amazon changing things. It is not all on the developer. Let’s see how this turns out for you.
