A Question About Summon Scrolls and Evolution

I was also wondering if there would ever be a mythical pet evolution, I have 3 lvl 250 mythicals that I want to evolve.

I don't think summon scrolls are live yet but I assume that when they are, you can get them like normal scrolls. Mythical pets are powerful already, I highly doubt they'll evolve.

I’m trying very hard to finish up the summoning shrine this month. Not all the summoning scrolls will be available at that time, but I’m planning on adding quite a few scrolls/bosses and think it will be a fun new thing to do in the game.
At some point in the future, there will be difficulty modes in the game that make the game harder. Evolutions for higher rarities will drop at higher difficulties. It’s going to be a lot of work to get the game to that point, so I don’t have a date to give you. Plans may also change, but that’s the plan right now.

What are the scrolls? I haven't seen any of those.

The summoning scrolls are a new item drop that will be coming out this month most likely. You will be able to take them to a new place called the summoning shrine and summon a boss that everyone will be able to fight together.
