Leaderboard calculations

The Arena ranking is based on a hidden match making rating. It's currently not working all that well. I plan to revamp the arena soon.
In the endless forest, you get points for each location you visit. Checkpoints and encounters are worth the most points I believe.
Trainer level is something that isn't really used right now. Basically, you get experience alongside your pets and it increases your trainer level. The players with the most experience are ranked highest on the leaderboard.
