About the update:
Posted by CrazyCobra on May 4, 2023Today, I got hands-on with the gatcha pets update 5 for the first time, and I have a few things to say. (I will number my comments for lack of confusion if you reply.)
1. I got 5 eggs for logging in today and that boost will happen for awhile daily! I logged on, and I had 16 or so from various things. I decided to hatch them and I got a draco(legenday) and an owlkin(mythic)! Was egg droprate boosted during this event?
2. Double awakening for mythics and legedaries! I went to the endless forest, got another 10 eggs, and got another draco to awaken the first! This is an amazing buff! Do you have an accout that you play on normally, Malero? If so, how many eggs do you like to hatch at a time?
3. Do we have to log in to recieve the 5 eggs daily or will they accumulate offline?
4. I know that you are working on the adventure update rn. Idk if you can do this, but I'd love to beta test it when youre ready. I am prepared to risk account loss as I am a free 2 play user. I can send you bugs and suggestions. Let me know if this is a possible oppertunity plz!

I'm glad you are enjoying the update!
1. There's a 20% chance of having a boosted incubation. Boosted incubation is only for new pets and provides a 500% incubation rarity bonus on top of what you have on your account. I ran a boosted event for the last set of new pets too, but it was only a 100% incubation rarity bonus. I will probably be running more boosted events with different sets of pets in the future, similar to how banners works in a lot of mobile gacha games.
2. I don't really have a main account I play on. I think the highest I've gotten is about level 50. I, unfortunately, don't get to play my own game as much as I'd like.
3. Yes, you have to log in to receive the update celebration rewards.
4. Yeah, of course! I'm not sure when that will be, but I've added you to my list of people interested in beta testing.
I just got a mythic and two legendaries from 6 eggs! Great buff!
Now that there are more pets in the game, you might update the about panel for gatcha pets. Right now it says 17 pets are in the game.
You might try seperating the about page from the what to say stuff. Maybe you could have a summary of the game, and at the end you could add a link to a new page called game help or guide or tips and tricks.
So excited to be on the beta list! Thanks for all you do!

Very nice! I updated the About page to say 38 pets. I do need to add some information pages with all of the pets, equipment, items, status effects, etc. It would be really easy to do. hmm
That would definately keep me coming back to the website! Man, The game has grown a lot! Very cool!
I love the update
I hatched 75 eggs, and I got some good pets. Now all I'm missing is owlkin and scorchy. Also, how many equipments did you add with the update? The only new equipment I got is giant's toe. Also, can you change the phenix feather to tell me what the trait and stats are? Yeah, this update is AMAZING! I told my friend who stopped playing the game when it was just 17 pets that there was an update, and he started playing again.

Yeah, I think that's a really good idea @CrazyCobra I'll have to work on this soon. I doubt it would take more than an evening or two to come up with something simple.
@aaaaaa Phoenix feather isn't live right now, there were some bugs with the trait. There are a total of 16 equipment right now. I really need to add a bunch of new equipment.

@neal Yes, of course. I added you to the list to invite. I’d say the test is still a ways away though.
it could be a fun idea to have a competition of sorts for equipment ideas. You could accept up to 5 ideas that seem like they would work well in the game. The players with the winning ideas could get ingame items. The only problem is that there may not be a big enough community. Either way, it sounds like fun to me!
Spread the word to your friends, and the camunity could grow a lot. Is the down, not dead, the pheenix trait? @ Malero Could you add more pets that summon other pets? Also, WHERE IS THAT OWLKIN?! :)

@aaaaaa Yeah, Down, Not Dead is the status effect given to a pet after Phoenix Feather resurrects a pet. And yes, I'll be adding more summon pets in the future. Chika will be getting the next evolution, which I think I'm going to name Kazi. See if you can figure out the theme of it from the name. haha
Maybe I'll make it so that if you reply and you're the last one in the thread, it just adds it to your last message.

@ CrazyCobra You can't get it because there some problems with that charm. I think it may be in the next update, but you'll have to ask Malero about it.
