Skill keeps on crashing on Amazon Smart Speaker
Posted by SnowyOwl on Aug. 24, 2023Hi. I can open the Gacha pets skill and start descending the mine with one of my pets but then I get this message in a really slow voice sorry no internet. I know i'm definitely connected to wifi. This is the only skill that I have this trouble with using my Echo dot fourth generation I don't have that issue with any other skill.
Is there anything I can do about this or should I stick to playing this skill via the browser? Cheers.

Strange. I've only heard the "no internet" message when I'm using Echo Buds and walking outside the range of my wifi network. It usually takes a minute for it to start working with my cell service for whatever reason. I'm not sure why that's happening to you and only with Gacha Pets. There isn't anything in the game that gives that message, so that's on the Alexa side.
