Canadian Accent, Market & Events

I was wondering if it was possible to have the game speak in a Canadian accent. I have changed the accent in Alexa but it wouldn't open the skill while under the Canadian setting. Also in my game there is no available market for me to spend my gacha coins on. I was wondering when or if that is a feature that I can access. I would also like to recommend a feature, for there to be daily or weekly events or quests of some sort where you can earn rewards.
