weird arena glitch
Posted by DudeFace on Jan. 9, 2024My aquara was fighting a coldra. I used my attack and the game broke and I started using attacks I didn't have on myself but I wasn't taking damage. I was using briar thorns and frostbite on myself. I then killed myself but it said "You monster! you killed my coldra!" then I killed the coldra and lost and the opponent said, "HAHA i won!" It was totally wrong!!

Frostbite activates when the pet that has the frostbite status effect attacks. It basically makes you attack yourself. So I'm guessing your Aquara had briarthorns and when it attacked itself with frostbite, it activated the briarthorns against itself. There could definitely be some weird bugs with those two things interacting. I'll have to take a look.
OK thanks that makes more sense. But how did Aquara get briar thorns?
I've noticed that sometimes the equipment you have on a pet will give your pet skills that other pets have. Mysterious vile is like that. I don't remember which pet it was but one day one of my pets was hording acorns and it wasn't squirrely.
