How to find the new gems.

Is there a way to get the new gems?
They sound very good, especially the water, wind, and lightning kinds.

Yes, you can obtain the gems by crushing the ore you find in the mines. It’s confusing a lot of people, so I’m not sure what to do about that. The idea came from World of Warcraft where you can either smelt ore to get ingots or prospect the ore for gems.
If people just say "What's new" when they go in to the app or type "What's new" in the edit field on the browser it does mention going to the workshop to crush the ore to find the gems. Also when you're at the crusher if you say or type help it tells you about it. Perhaps some people don't realize on the browser you can type help to het more information. When you're at most places on the app version it will tell you that you can say help to get help but it doesn't say anything about typing help when you go to each place on the browser version.
There isn't any help information for the gem cutter and I don't understand how that works. My guess would be that we would take our chipped and cracked gems and make perfect gems.
