Problems on alexa.

I tried to learn about the stats of my male Polbair today, but it kept thinking I said Coldra and wouldn't let me look, or send him to the jim like I was trying to do. Also, when I tried to send polbair to the jim, It sent my male punk. However, it kept calling my mail punk Paul. Why?
Also, now when I try to use some skills, for some reason it won't get the names.

Maybe finally they allowed us to change names! But if you want I think you can change it back to male punk.
Nope. When he came back, he was still male punk. So strange.

I'm aware of the issue and there's not really an easy fix, unfortunately. Alexa used to recognize all of the unique pet names. About a month ago, it completely changed and it seems like now it only recognizes actual words. Coldra is being heard as words like cobra or cauldron, Lectry is electric or archery, Anglish as English, and so on. I've been trying to add these words as aliases, but it's a pretty slow process to find and add them. I also added a matching system a few weeks ago to try and help with this problem, and it's helped a little bit(I think) but the system also leads to selecting the wrong pet sometimes if the word Alexa hears is closer to a different pet that the one you're trying to select. The matching system calculates the difference between what Alexa hears and each pet name and selects the closest.
Polar bear is an alias for Pollbear. You can try that and let me know if it works. I may need to publish the next update before some of these aliases will work.

I have been having the same issues but with the equipment, i try to get the stats on some items like dragon scales or batula wings but it seems that alexa doesn’t understand what i am saying,
Sorry to post more issues, but I'm having problems too. No matter how I say female packrat, packrat, etc it does NOT want to engage with it at all and does not understand what I'm saying, meaning right now I can't level it up or do anything with it. If it helps, it only seems to get "female" sometimes, and not the rest of it. Sometimes it somehow mistakens it for female bumble! My voice isn't exactly quiet either hehe. Also I'm having some problems with getting it to understand "male polarpuss" though not always, and "lure" when it comes to my anglish unless I say it in a very particular way.
