Question about dancing blade

Hello
I was wondering where I can get a gliff of dancing blade because when I’m in battles, I see the other trainers have them, but I don’t know where to get them so can someone help me?

It’s from the Rusted Hilt equipment. It can be obtained from cracking amber. It is mythic, though. So it can be somewhat hard to get.
