How do people got Puck?

How do people got Puck? do they buy it or do I have to be #1 crampus harmer to get it?
I'm level 87 (if it changes anything) and I fought with Crampus for god knows how many times but I didn't get Puck

You get puck from Krampus lockboxes but it doesn't matter your position on the board. I know it takes a fair number of the holiday lockboxes but I don't recall how many. Also, on another subject, even though the new summoning boss isn't released just yet, you can buy rusted wishbone crates from the Harvest vendor.

You can also buy rusted holiday lockboxes from the northpole with holiday spirit.
