Rocky isn't available yet. One person has a Stonewarden but I think they won it somehow. I believe Rocky will be part of Update 8.

yeah I have quite a few of those stone wardens things as well for the new rocky

Rocky is available. Last night I saw that I had female rocky. A few of my friends have Rocky as well. I hope you get one soon.
