Problem with premium
Posted by SilverTwilight on Nov. 15, 2024Hi, I noticed yesterday that there is an update within the Endless dungeon, not quite sure I like the new set up but I noticed during fights I wasn’t getting any extra bonuses for being a premium member. So I thought I would type in the question to find out how many premium days I had left. The problem was, I forgot what the command is. So I thought I would just go and purchase some extra premium days. So I did this, and now when I go into a dungeon or anywhere, I’m asked if I would like to purchase premium and I still can’t see any extra bonuses, Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

On the app just say, how many premium days do I have? When I use the browser I just type how many premium days.

Premium vouchers don't automatically get applied to your account. You may sell them in the auction house to help other people get premium or use them yourself. You can say/type 'Use premium voucher' or if you're on the browser, you can go to items and search for it and then click use.
Like Jennifer said, you can say/type 'how many premium days' and it will tell you how many days you have left from premium vouchers and/or arena rewards.
Oh okay so that’s what you think is the issue here? I just need to find the. Vouchers? Thanks.
When i tried to use a voucher i bought it wouldn't let me. It said that i already had premium so I think i got rid of mine for someone who needed it.

If you have premium on Alexa, it won't let you use vouchers since the two systems work a bit differently. But you should be able to use as many vouchers as you want if you don't have premium on Alexa.
I use the browser so I can still purchase Premium vouchers. The new setup for the dungeons and mines is fabulous in my view, as it illiminates use of dungeon maps. I like being able to type in/click on a floor number. Personally I didn't like the dungeon maps and mines maps because once they ran out, I couldn't keep playing.
I notice I can keep taking pets from the Daycare and can put them back in and choose a floor number in the dungeon and mine too. Saves me a whole lot of hassle and I don't have to keep giving pets health potions because I can get to them before they get knocked out and can set them where I want them. I love this new improvement!!! I have to use a lot of stamina potions in the daycare though, so I do wish these potions could last longer than 20 minutes at a time or maybe more item slots can be added for extra food and stamina potions. Otherwise I like where this game is going and I can't wait for this new, big update!
