Level n items lost.Help!!!

The game messes up. It takes me back to level 99 and all the items. I received overnight during the mines of descent, all the items were lost. Please fix this and please give me back. My trainer level and all my items. Blind oracle luckyone4482

Itkeep saying fail to process request.
Hopefully this problem will be fixed in a new update.

Dear Malero,
I'm really liking the various sound effects especially from the new pets. I hope you keep new features and pets coming in the coming years! I say this because I've read that some people have been playing for several years and I've only been playing this game since last year and the changes are coming along great.
